Before opening Face Value Salon, Lucinda worked for Jose Eber in Los Angeles and managed the Lancome Institute in Washington,DC. She is a licensed cosmetologist and has attended numerous advanced training classes. Her specialties are Bridal hair styling and makeup. She also enjoys doing HD makeup for print, film and television. Her work can be seen in several national magazines.

Melissa is our Salon Coordinator. She has over 8 years of experience in customer service. Melissa makes it a priority to make our clients feel appreciated, accomodated and taken care of. Her smiling face is the perfect greeting when you enter Face Value. She specializes in scheduling, coordinating services, problem resolution and serving Face Value clients with outstanding customer service.
Melissa enjoys spending time with her son, cooking, great coffee, wine tasting and family outings.

Will is a Master Stylist with over 20 years of experience. He is also a Ouidad certified stylist and is additionally certified as a Ouidad Trainer. Will was trained in the Pivot Point method. One of the main purposes behind Pivot Point's techniques in cutting hair is to cut it in such a way that all faces acquire the "ideal" oval shape. He has also trained extensively at Vidal Sassoon, Bumble and Bumble, Tony and Guy and Graham Webb acadamies. He is certified to perform Keragreen smoothing treatments.
Some of Will's specialties are Multi-tonal highlights, natural looking blondes, precision short cuts, super smooth blowouts and smoothing services.
Will is the Face Value Educational Director for technical skills training.
Will says when he is away from the salon he likes to travel, spend time with friends at the beach, loves to dance, and loves animals. Especially Mr. Bently, his new golden-doodle.

Yary has over six years of experience. She is a Ouidad Certified Stylist and has attended numerious advanced color and cutting classes. Her specialties are Curly Hair and Dimensional Coloring. Yary is a certified educator for Lanza. She is also a Face Value Educational Director over products.
She loves prescribing the best products for clients.
In her free time, Yary really likes making jewelry, painting, and watching the cooking channel.

Chelsea is a licensed cosmetologist. She has a real desire to learn more. She has attended an Oscar Bond cutting class and an advanced texturizing class. She is especially fond of men's cuts and doing Shampoo/Blowouts.
Chelsea is developing her personal interests but has decided that shopping is at the top for now.

Stephanie has been a licensed cosmetologist for 8 years. She received Redken Honors recognition and completed the American Crew Men's Cutting training. Her specialties are men's cuts, precision short hair cuts and razor cuts.
Stephanie's personal interests are pretty much taken up by her two St. Bernards, Albert and Sampson.

Tabitha specializes in razor cuts, highlighting and styling hair.
Her interests outside the salon are camping, gardening, crocheting, and spending time with her children and great dane, Saucey.

Meghan has been a licensed Esthetician for over 5 years. She has attended advance Esthetics Training and Professional Makeup Training. Her specialties are customized facials, including peels and acne treatment. Meghan has a gentle touch and is known for her relaxing and renewing facials.
Meghan loves to cook, shop, spend time with family and friends and hang out with her Yorkie-Poo named Herbie.
