Face Value Salon and Barbershop opened it's doors in June 2009. In the short time since then, Lucinda and the Face Value team have been busy with their passion to delivery beauty and style where ever they go. It has been noticed and here is a list of some of those accomplishments to date.
- Face Value Salon provides, cuts, color, extensions, makeup and skin care for Ms. United States & Miss Teen United States 2011 to send them on their way to win their crowns.

- Face Value Team provides hair and makeup for Miss Virginia and others during Virginia Fashion Week
- Lucinda is lead makeup artist on commercial shoot directed by May-Lily Lee, winner of over two dozen awards including regional Emmys and national honors

- Face Value is the official hair salon of local ABC, CBS, FOX and Weather Now stations
